Kim is the Sr Victim Assistance Specialist for the Fort Worth Police Department. She has been with FWPD for 7 years, primarily serving victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. She has a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington, obtaining her License in Clinical Social Work in 2021 and is EMDR trained. She served as the TCSAAC Secretary for 2020-2022 and currently serves as vice chair, she is also a member of the Advocacy Advisory Committee for the Training Institute on Strangulation Prevention.

Tracy is president/founder of Project Beloved: The Molly Jane Mission whose mission is to change the conversation about sexual assault and empower survivors to find their voices. She serves on the Sexual Assault Survivors’ Task Force which is housed in the Office of the Governor. Additionally, Tracy has advocated for policy change with the passage of Molly Jane’s Law in 2019 and HB 4628 in 2023.

Dr. Shahan received her Ph.D. from TCU. She is a clinician at the TCU Counseling Center, as well as provides treatment for individuals with sexual behavior problems at Psychotherapy Services & Yokefellows (P.S.Y.). She has served as an active TCSAAC member for many years and in various roles.
