CHAIR: Tim Pinckney
Tim is a 24-year veteran with the Arlington Police Department in Arlington, Texas and is a Sergeant over the Sex Crimes Unit who has dedicated the past ten years to overseeing and supervising sexual assault investigations. He initially joined the Arlington Police Department in 1992. In 2003, Tim was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and later assigned to the Sex Crimes Unit in 2007.

VICE-CHAIR: Amanda Smyers
Amanda is a Certification Training Specialist for the Department of Family and Protective Services (CPS). She is part of the Certification Leadership Training Team and is responsible for developing curriculum and delivering training to caseworkers and supervisors who are eligible to apply for the DFPS Certification Program. Amanda supervised the Tarrant County Crisis Intervention Program Coordinator for 7 years. Through this role, she planned, managed and ensured the overall achievement of the Tarrant County Crisis Intervention Program. The program provided group services for children and families dealing with sexual abuse.

SECRETARY: Christina Zamaniego
Christina received her Masters degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University in Dallas. She has been involved in counseling adults and adolescents for the past 5 years. She has been a Sex Offender Treatment Provider for 4 years as well as providing counseling for a wide range of psychological issues. She uses a cognitive-behavioral approach to assist clients in finding individualized solutions to their current problematic situations. Christina strives to help the community with the goal of “No More Victims”. She is an active member of TCSAAC and also serves on the conference committee.
